Reach is the number of people you touch with your marketing message or the number of people that are exposed to your message. The goal of any marketing campaign is to reach as many potential customers as possible in your local area.



Frequency

Have a long term Marketing Plan in place as part of your Business Plan. Work with your Marketing Representative to plan your advertising schedules so that your message is heard on a frequent basis over a long period of time. A consumer must hear your message 3 times before starting to retain it. You will achieve long term success by committing to your Marketing Plan as strongly as you are committed to your business.
